Phonics
All children to practice reading each of the sounds for Phase 2 and 3 - use your sound mats I sent home in February. Use the picture to help remind you of the sound and here is a link to Jolly Phonics where you can hear all the different sounds - Hear the sound or listen to the sound in a song

Watch the ai ay a_e video then write down the correct spellings for as many words as you can that match the pictures.
Challenge yourself and try and write a few sentences. Remember capital letters and full stops.
Reading
Please continue to read books at home.
Why not listen to a story in French. Can you guess the name of the story? Can you retell the story to an adult?

Perhaps if you listen really carefully, you can learn how to say the French words too!

Recap on plurals - 'more than one'. Add the correct suffix to the words below. To make the word plural do you add 's' or 'es'? For example car = cars and wish = wishes. Then choose 4 words to write in a sentence.

Practice the months of the year whilst getting your body moving - 12 months of the year song
Whose birthday is first in your family? ___________
Whose birthday is last in your family? ___________
Remember to keep using TTRS. Practice your 2, 5 and 10 times tables.
Science
Look at the seasons of the year. Which season are we in now? How do you know? Using the picture below can you write a description of the current season.
For example:
In _____ the leaves are ______.
In _____ you might wear ______.
The weather this week is looking lovely so enjoy the sunshine by taking a lovely safe walk.
