Good morning year 1, I hope you are all well and had a lovely break. I am sad that we will not be seeing one and other tomorrow as we first thought but it is important for us to stay safe. Welcome back Year 1, I hope you all enjoyed the Easter break as best you could. Phonics All children to practice reading each of the sounds for Phase 2 and 3 - use your sound mats I sent home in February. Use the picture to help remind you of the sound and here is a link to Jolly Phonics where you can hear all the different sounds - Hear the sound or listen to the sound in a song Videos of sounds in a song Watch the ai ay a_e video then write down the correct spellings for as many words as you can that match the pictures.
